the agreement
Last updated September 20, 2026. If you invite KozzyX, run its commands, or keep it in a server, you agree to this. It is written like a person on purpose. It still counts.
what this covers
This is the agreement for the official KozzyX Discord bot — the app you invite from this site, client id 1544122867296510032. The website sits with the same person.
Discord has its own terms, and you have to follow those too. If you run a copy of the code yourself, you are the operator of that copy. These terms are for the official bot.
who can use it
You need a Discord account, and you need to be old enough for Discord. That means 13 or older. Please don’t use the bot if you are under 13.
If you add it to a server, you are saying you have permission to do that, and that people in the server may be affected by a bot that stores moderation records and settings.
what the bot is
KozzyX is an archived server-management bot. It can moderate, open tickets, run giveaways, track invites, and set up a server. Slash commands and prefix commands both exist. There is a web control center on self-hosted copies. It does not call a language model or image generator.
Archived means we are not building a new product on top of it. It can still go down, refuse a command, or stay on an old behavior. It is not a person, and it is not legal advice.
using it
Staff commands do what Discord lets that staff member do, plus whatever extra checks the bot adds. If you ban someone with it, that is your action. The case file is a record of that action, not a court.
Please don’t put passwords, tokens, or private keys in reasons or tickets. More on storage is in the privacy policy.
if you run a server
If you own or moderate a server with KozzyX in it, you are responsible for how it is used there. That includes who can run /ban, where cases go, and whether verification or tickets are on.
Please don’t use the bot to harass people, raid, spam, or dodge Discord’s rules. A moderation bot is not a loophole.

Don’t use KozzyX to:
- break the rulesThe law, Discord’s terms, or these ones.
- abuse staff toolsMass-ban as a joke, wipe channels for drama, or turn anti-raid on people who are not raiding.
- burn the APINo looping commands, scripts, extra accounts, or flooding the bot.
- unsafe contentDo not use the bot to request or distribute illegal, abusive, or otherwise unsafe content.
- attack the serviceNo scraping, flooding, or trying to knock the host or other users over.
- impersonateDon’t pretend to be KozzyX, the operator, or someone else.
- dump other people’s dataDon’t feed it private stuff they did not choose to share with a bot or a mod log.
We can ignore commands, wipe a guild’s stored data, pull the bot from a server, or stop answering you.
what it says and what it does
Moderation commands can delete messages, kick people, and close channels. You are responsible for using them.
the official bot vs running it yourself
If you self-host, you are responsible for your tokens, your SQLite file, your users, and your own terms. The official bot is the one invited from this site.
We can change features, limits, and availability. We can shut the official bot off. Archived is already a warning that this may happen with little ceremony.
other services
KozzyX runs on Discord. Discord’s terms apply to what passes through them. We are not Discord.
no warranty
The bot is provided as is. We do not promise it will be up, correct, or a good fit for your server. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for what the bot says, stores, deletes, or fails to do — including a ban you did not mean, a lost ticket, or a command that did something you did not want.
If a place you live does not allow some of that, those parts do not apply there. The rest still does.
if this page changes
If this page changes, the new text applies once it is up. The date at the top is when that happened. Keeping the bot after that is agreement to the new terms.
